You can experience the cooking methods that bring out the best of the ingredients, and the delicious ways of tasting the seasonal ingredients that you can arrange at home.

    The menu is structured to be based on vegetables, with simple cooking methods that emphasize the ingredients while respecting the Japanese culture and climate. The menu is under the supervision of Chef Yoji Tokuyoshi, the first Japanese chef to be awarded one Michelin star in Milan, Italy.
